	Havert L. Fenn Center Located in Ft. Pierce, the Havert L. Fenn Center opened in October of 2008 and encompasses 60,000 square feet of meeting and/or exhibit space as well as recreational facilities including basketball and volleyball. Any event or meeting planner can rent the basketball courts or choose from any of our 8 multipurpose rooms. The Fenn Center is located at 2000 Virginia Avenue in Ft. 	Port St. Lucie Civic Center This gorgeous and versatile facility was opened in December of 2008. The sky is literally the limit when it comes to hosting the perfect event at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center. Large meetings and conferences, dinners and banquets, parties and dances, weddings and receptions, theater shows and dinner shows, consumer shows, trade shows and expos are all possible at this state-of-the-art venue. The center features a brick-lined outdoor patio area overlooking a tranquil pond and fountains. The 13,464 square foot Emerald Ballroom is the site for grand theater-style shows, elegant wedding receptions and other large events. The versatile Ruby Conference Hall encompassing 5,790 square feet is perfectly suited to host a trade show, a corporate event or training meeting. The Civic Center offers exclusive on-site catering service to meet all of your food and beverage needs.
